The PBU Consumer Supply Chain Director position reports directly to the Regional Supply Chain Director LA and functionally to the PBU Consumer Vice President. Will have primary responsibility for providing strategic and tactical direction to LA Consumer Supply Chain Organization. Provide knowledge of the supply chain and have subject matter expertise and the interpersonal skills to lead transformational changes within the organization.
Achieve financial goals: EBIT, Operating Cash Flow, Working Capital, Cost
Achieve customer service goals: Customer fill rate, Requested delivery date, First confirmed delivery date
Achieve process excellence goals: S&OP, Capacity planning, Forecast accuracy, Sales stability, Operational Excellence
Provide strategic and tactical direction to sales forecasting, demand planning, supply planning and customer service.
Owner of the S&OP process for LA – drive the cycle, review/estimate/monitor monthly inventory, data collection and reporting. Responsible for cross functional integration during the cycle.
Develop Supply Chain planning and monitoring capabilities throughout the various teams in the LA markets
Manage tradeoffs to inventory, customer service and logistics
Actively participate as part of the leadership team educating and advising on supply chain strategy, processes, issues and trends
Develop and implement the transportation, warehousing, and product flow strategy
Inventory and asset management to achieve optimum efficiencies and cash flows.
Develop inventory management strategies and lead country teams through the execution.
Lead continuous improvement strategies for the Latin America region
This position has 1 to 3 direct reports and is accountable for a broader matrixed organization of 10-15 people, located in the different LA Countries/Clusters.
Experience and Education Requirements:
MBA or Post Graduation in Business Management, Supply Chain/Logistics or Sales/Marketing
Fluent (Spanish or Portuguese) and English.
10+ years’ experience in supply chain assignments including supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, systems, project management, etc.
Experience leading and implementing S&OP process.
Leadership of complex, cross functional projects including setting scope, reaching consensus, successful execution, and presenting results.
Experience in Latin America Markets
Contract management experience preferred

APICS certification preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage organizational transformation including strong process management skills, ability to influence at all levels and general process orientation.
